				We had our kitchen refaced and a new quartz counter top placed by MCR in early April and I'm still extremely happy. We had our builder cabinet doors and laminate countertop removed and had soft close cabinets and drawers placed, additional drawers and a beautiful countertop placed. Ruben and Andre worked in my home and were above and beyond amazing (Please give them a raise!!!). They were friendly, detail oriented, helpful, respectful of my home and just all around great guys, we even got to enjoy the solar eclipse together! 				We were referred to Modern Cabinets Remodelers by a friend who was very happy with their work. We met with our salesman Kurt who was very knowledgeable and helpful to begin the process. He came to our home several times to help with color choices and design. We were designing a mid-century modern kitchen that included a large island and approximately 50 cabinets and drawers. They are the only company we found that had a wide selection of colors, finishes and wood tones. Before the cabinets were ordered Austin came out to measure and confirm our design, he was very thorough with measuring, which resulted in a seamless finish on our cabinets. Our cabinets were ordered, and our install date was scheduled for a time that worked for us. Our installers, Jordan and Gage, arrived as scheduled and were by far the best contractors we have ever worked with throughout our home remodel project. They were very skilled in their work and ability that our finished kitchen exceeded our expectations. Their work was perfect and extremely detail orientated, they made suggestions on how to finish certain areas, and every small detail added up to a beautiful new kitchen. We truly enjoyed having them in our home throughout the entire project and cannot say enough about their craftsmanship, professionalism, patience and knowledge. 				This all started with Selena (“the closer”)! Be prepared to sign a contract when she visits you. She is thoroughly professional, knows her product and gives you the sense that Modern will be the best thing that could happen to you. The options for financing are so compelling that you don’t even need to speak with any other company. When they tell you to empty your cabinets, they mean it. It’s because they are going to sand years of grime off before they even attempt to install the laminate over your existing cabinets. There is dust, but they clean up every day and leave your house immaculate. I love my new kitchen space…it is modern, updated and fresh! Working with Modern and Emark has been a dream. You cannot go wrong if you are looking to update your kitchen with minimal disruption and much less money out of your pocket. As with all projects there were some mishaps along the way however they took care of it and the owner personally came down to visit me and ensured I would be happy with their service! Rest assured they remedied the situation and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome! They have a great team! Shout out to Austin and Jordan for their detailed amazing work and of course EMarc! Their products are top quality, I easily noticed the difference between my old doors and new doors. They are professional and clean up along the way. I have two young kids in the home so they made sure there wasn’t a lot of dust and dangerous pieces left in the open. They even sectioned off the kitchen for extra barrier. Highly recommend! 				I would rate them 3.5 stars. In the end, my cabinets look beautiful from the outside. All of the workers who came into my house were very kind and respectful. Austin was very helpful when I needed to get things straightened out. Hopefully in the past 6 months they have improved the scheduling staffing because I did not enjoy working with Selena. She was not a proactive communicator and I found myself reaching out to her many times. For instance, about 1.5 days before our project was supposed to begin, we had heard nothing since our sales meeting 1.5 months earlier. It got bumped back a week, but she should have given us more warning since we had to take off of work for the first morning. On the bottom half of our kitchen, we just had the cabinets refaced. On the top half, we had them replaced so that we could extend them an additional 10 inches and get a 4th shelf. The entire reason the sales person convinced us to spend the extra money for the replacement was to get the 4th shelf. After the second day of work, we got home to discover that the factory made cabinets they installed only had 3 shelves. They record the entire sales meeting (which by the way, when the sales person leaves your house to give you privacy to discuss, they do not pause their recording, so the privacy you think you are given is still being recorded), so it was clear that the reason behind our purchase was to get a 4th shelf. As a result of their mess-up, they had to send someone back to drill new holes in the cabinets that were already installed and cut an additional shelf. The new holes were not drilled perfectly, so the shelves wobbled. And the additional shelf they cut was a slightly different color and smaller, clearly not the same quality. I complained and said I expected the shelves to all be the same, even if it took weeks longer to get them from the factory. They did fix the shelves to make them the same, and the fix for the wobbly shelves was to turn some of the pegs sideways instead of using the intended flat side of the peg. It will do, but it is disappointing because the original factory design was perfect, and it would have been nice if they had made us what we had actually ordered instead of all of these little fixes. We purchased slow close drawers. They just change the sliders and don't give you new drawers, so depending on what you have to start with depends on what you get. My new slow close drawers were loud and I did not like them. When they came back to fix my shelves, they were also supposed to do the drawers, but the guy who came wasn't told that and didn't have the materials needed for the drawers. So, we scheduled yet another visit for them to do the drawers. They came back to fix them and their fix on one of the drawers was to completely turn off the slow close feature. I'm guessing that was an accident, but they should have checked their work before leaving. I had to have them come back out for the drawers another time after that. They ended up changing the type of slider and they are better now, but one of our drawers still doesn't close properly. When you push it in, it stops 1-2 inches from closing. Unless you consciously think to shove the drawer hard, it doesn't close all the way. Needless to say, that drawer is almost always open in our house. To be fair to the company, we never told them about this drawer issue or asked them to fix it because I felt bad that they had already been back so many time and it seems like a tiny job. I was hoping that it would loosen up and fix itself. The installation people cut wood in my garage without asking, so I was left to clean up sawdust off of everything. There are a few nails that popped through the woodwork on the inside during their installation. They kept coming back to fix what I asked, the workers in my house were nice, and they charged a reasonable price. Just be ready to ask for what you want because with our experience, we had to ask them back multiple times. What they advertise on FB is the beautiful outside, but it is the inside that you really want to see.

				We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen! Jordan and Eddie did a fantastic job plus they were both so pleasant and respectful even cleaning up after their hard work! Emarc is an excellent salesman but you can never speak to him after you sign the contract and the office manager Selena is impossible to get in touch with and she is very lax returning phone calls. Because of the poor communication I’m giving 4 stars but workmanship gets a 5!

				Horrible experience! It took 2 months to actually finish. Everything he did was sloppy the first time. Crooked cuts, handles were put on Crooked, only 1 screw in every hinge etc. That's why it took so long. He had to do everything at least twice. We will see about the quality. But the installers were a joke. Would not recommend! The 2 stars are for the finished job.

				This company is the biggest scam operators you've ever seen. I don't know who wrote those good reviews but they somehow must be filtering out the bad ones. Signed contracts in February, project didn't start until April. Subcontracted countertops out to a company who did not fufill their end of the bargain then they hired another company who installed damaged countertop and did not bring tools with him. As of this writing, the project is still not completed, owner is unresponsive and they got all of the money for the project which is an unbelievable $19,000. Stay away from these people. They didn't even respond to the Better Business Bureau and as a result will lose their accredidation with them. Anybody you hire would do better.
